Standard Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS Ground service.

All items ordered through our Website will generally ship to you within 2-3 business days of Painted Door gift boutique’s acceptance of the order. If your order cannot be shipped within four (4) business days, Painted Door will attempt to contact you through the email address provided when the order was placed with the expected shipment date.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

The risk of loss of an order is yours upon our shipment of the order.
