Jellycat Allexi Alligator

Allexi Alligator is head chef at Gator’s Gap: a celebrated (and entirely meat-free) diner nestled in the Louisiana marshland. Renowned for his tofu chowder and okra gumbo, Allexi gives classic Southern staples a veggie twist – and takes pride in feeding just about everyone who wanders into his swamp. Even Amuseables Peanut, who, wildly off-route, found himself in need of some sustenance after gator-frogging across the Gap, got a warm Southern welcome. (Allexi didn’t charge him a dime. After all, it’s not often someone cartwheels through the mid-lunch service!) Care Instructions: Hand wash only; do not tumble dry, dry clean or iron. Not recommended to clean in a washing machine. The name Jellycat was dreamt up by a child who loved jellies and cats and giggled at the thought of the two together. The silliness of the name was a great reflection of the design, and so it stuck! Jellycat has been designed in the UK since the beginning and continues to work with designers at Jellycat HQ in London and around the country.
