Amuseables Horatio Pistachio comes from a fine family. He’ll tell you (politely!) that pistachios are technically seeds, not nuts, and that his lineage traces back to an orchard in southern Italy. Despite the grand name, Horatio’s always been shy – until a craft chocolate course helped him come out of his shell. Now, whether hand-rolling truffles to pouring viral Dubai-style slabs, he’s happiest in the kitchen: sticky, smiling, and confident. He’s brought you a batch to try. The name Jellycat was dreamt up by a child who loved jellies and cats and giggled at the thought of the two together. The silliness of the name was a great reflection of the design, and so it stuck! Jellycat has been designed in the UK since the beginning and continues to work with designers at Jellycat HQ in London and around the country.
