Lemon Basil Truffle Recipe 1 lemon pound cake ( we used lemonella cake) 1 Two Sisters At Home Zesty Lemon Basil mix 1 Qt Heavy Whipping Cream 1 8 oz. Cream Cheese 1 lb. Strawberries 1 lb. Blueberries
Mix: 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream until peak add Softened 8oz cream cheese together and add Lemon Basil mix. Cool over night
Preparation: Take the edges off of the Lemon pound cake, cut into cubes. Place in bottom of truffle dish some of the lemon pound cake. Spoon over the cubes a layer of the Lemon Basil mixture, add sliced strawberries, A layer of lemon pound cake cubes, add Lemon Basil mixture, cover with blueberries. Cool 3+ hours and serve.
